The Keithley 196 Digital Multimeter is truly an exceptional product. In my experience, the 196 seems a lot more stable than most of the current 6 1/2 digit meters on the market. This particular unit is very clean is in both excellent physical and electrical condition. The Keithley is fully tested and functions flawlessly. It has a 3-day Right of Return Warranty.
